Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all underground production activities Ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards Lead and supervise underground teams including Shift Bosses and Supervisors Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with mining regulations and company policies Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and planning teams Manage production budgets and control costs Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments Report on production performance to senior management Key Competencies Strong leadership and decision‑making ability Excellent problem‑solving skills High attention to safety and compliance Effective communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Strong planning and organisational skills Duties Include Ensuring safe working conditions Maintaining work standards and production efficiency Planning jobs and coordinating material requirements Additional Advantage Experience in trackless mining environments Exposure to large‑scale underground operations No Criminal Record.
