Key Responsibilities Focus on aggressive new business acquisition and expanding the client base in the IT and Telecommunications sector Lead, mentor, and drive a sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow the division’s market share Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers through face-to-face selling Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure consistent results Minimum Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT/Telecommunications / Office Automation sales At least 2 years’ proven leadership / management experience leading a sales team Strong new business development track record with measurable sales wins Extensive in-person / direct sales experience (non-negotiable) Engaging, energetic personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines High level of professionalism and confidentiality Willingness to travel as required Remuneration Package R35 000 basic salary per month + attractive overriding commission (highly negotiable based on experience and proven track record).
