Introduction We are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Design Engineer coming from the renewable sector to join our client's team. Our company is dedicated to developing and implementing renewable energy solutions, and we are seeking an enthusiastic individual to help us achieve our goals. Duties & Responsibilities Design and engineer electrical systems for renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and battery storage. Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and other engineers to ensure successful completion of projects. Conduct site visits to assess electrical requirements and develop plans for equipment layout and construction. Utilize software programs such as AutoCAD for design and modelling purposes. Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and standards. Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications for clients and internal use. Support procurement activities by identifying and evaluating potential equipment options and suppliers. Desired Experience & Qualification Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Proficiency with AutoCAD and other relevant software programs. Experience in problem‑solving and analyzing complex engineering data. Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset. Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast‑paced environment.
