This is a hands‑on management role requiring someone who can consistently drive service excellence while inspiring and developing a high‑performing team. Key Responsibilities Oversee all food and beverage operations within the lodge Deliver personalised, exceptional guest experiences Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to maintain five‑star standards Manage food and beverage stock control Oversee menu development in collaboration with culinary teams Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Manage purchasing and supplier relationships Monitor costs, budgets, and operational efficiencies Stay updated with industry trends to enhance guest offerings Support ongoing hospitality and service training across the lodge Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality food and beverage service Requirements Diploma in Hospitality, Lodge Management, or similar qualification 3–5 years’ experience in a 5‑star boutique hotel or Big Five lodge environment Strong food and beverage management experience Experience in menu development and stock control Strong administrative and organisational skills Experience in purchasing and supplier management Solid knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards Passion for food, wine, people, and service excellence Code 8 driver’s licence and own transport essential This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to join a luxury lodge environment and make a real impact on guest experience and operational excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
