With two full-time roles available, one predominantly based in Greenlane and the other in Henderson, both positions require flexibility to work across all our Auckland sites. What You'll Be Doing Be the first point of contact for patients — in person, over the phone and via email Book appointments, manage referrals, and handle general enquiries Provide clear communication and support throughout the patient journey Liaise with clinical teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of professionalism Work across multiple locations in Auckland What We're Looking For Previous experience in a customer service or administration role (healthcare preferred but not essential) A friendly, empathetic, and professional approach Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Confident using booking systems and Microsoft Office (training provided) Benefits Competitive Salary: Attractive salary with annual reviews to recognize your contributions.
