Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Pretoria, responsible for setting the company’s vision, strategy, and long-term direction. The CEO will oversee daily operations, including financial management, business development, and resource allocation, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to quality standards. This role includes leading and mentoring the management team, establishing performance goals, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture. The CEO will build and maintain key client and partner relationships, negotiate strategic agreements, and represent the company in industry and community forums. The CEO will also monitor market trends in audio, events, and production, identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Strong financial acumen with experience in Finance, budgeting, and financial oversight. Proven ability in Operations Management, including process optimization, resource planning, and team leadership. Demonstrated experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, with a track record of setting and executing long-term growth strategies. Background in Sales, business development, and client relationship management, preferably in media, events, or related industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
