Translates ideas into fashion-forward visuals by strategically combining typography, illustration, colour, and layout to develop impactful t-shirt graphics, fleece designs, trims, packaging, and marketing assets that align with the brand's aesthetic. Role And Responsibilities Assisting with apparel graphic design for t-shirts, fleece, headwear, and other clothing items Developing and adapting graphics for garment placement, print techniques, and fabric types Creating and resizing fashion marketing content (social media, lookbooks, in-store visuals, posters, etc.) Supporting seasonal campaign rollouts across digital, retail, and product ranges Collaborating closely with the marketing and buying teams to ensure cohesive product storytelling Contributing fresh, trend-driven ideas aligned with youth culture and current fashion movements Qualification And Experience Relevant qualification Recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years' experience in fashion/apparel or graphic design Strong portfolio showcasing clothing graphics, fashion design work, or related creative projects (student work, freelance, or internships welcome) Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Genuine passion for fashion, streetwear, apparel design, and youth culture trends Eager to learn garment design processes, takes direction well, and consistently meets deadlines Skills And Attributes Strong attention to detail, especially in print and garment specifications Clear and confident communication Excellent time management and ability to work to seasonal deadlines Strong problem-solving skills within design and production constraintsGood understanding of brand identity and fashion positioning Reliable, consistent, and organised approach to work Adaptable in a fast-paced fashion environment Creative thinker with a genuine passion for clothing design and trends #J-18808-Ljbffr
