Order Picking: Accurately locate and pull spare parts from storage bins using pick slips or handheld scanners. Part Verification: Confirm part numbers, serial numbers, and quantities against orders to ensure technical compatibility. Quality Control: Inspect parts for damage, rust, or defects before they are prepared for dispatch. Secure Packaging: Wrap and pack components—ranging from fragile electronics to heavy mechanical gears—using appropriate materials to prevent transit damage. Labelling: Apply accurate shipping labels, “Fragile” stickers, and technical documentation to outgoing parcels. Stock Maintenance: Help with bin replenishment and ensure that returned parts are correctly processed back into inventory.
