Requirements The "A-Team" Standard We are looking for "Sales Athletes"—individuals with the stamina to handle the intensity of the US market. The 200-Dial Mindset: You are comfortable and proven in executing 150–200 outbound calls daily. You understand that consistency and grit are the keys to high earnings. Elite Communication: A flawless, neutral English accent is mandatory. You must be able to hold high-authority conversations with US-based CEOs and executives. Your Impact: Key Responsibilities Strategic Outreach: Engaging US-based business owners via high-volume cold calling to generate interest in working capital solutions. Lead Qualification: Conducting deep‑diving qualification to identify prime funding opportunities. Objection Handling: Masterfully navigating complex conversations and positioning Fundwell’s capital solutions in a persuasive, consultative manner. Benefits Compensation & Rewards Annual Base Salary: R120,000 – R180,000 (R10k – R15k monthly base, based on experience). Exceptional Commission: We offer an uncapped structure where top-performing consultants can earn up to R45,000 per month in additional performance-based commission.
