Data Wizardry: You'll translate business needs into data requirements, perform data gap analyses, and map out source-to-target data flows. Master of Documentation: Whether it's an As-Is model or a To-Be vision, you'll make sure everything is clear, concise, and actionable. The Negotiator: Change initiatives come with big asks; you'll push back where necessary and make sure expectations are realistic. Project Management Savvy: You understand the project lifecycle: initiation, scoping, planning, testing, deployment. You'll keep everything on track. What You Bring to the Table: 3+ years experience in business analysis, ideally in banking, insurance, or financial services consulting. Relevant bachelor's degree, with strong preference for a postgraduate qualification. Relevant Business Analyst certifications or a drive to pursue further studies. Strong Data analysis skills (data crunching is second nature). Competencies with software, programming, and business intelligence tools are highly advantageous. Logical thinker who follows the recipe for success but knows when to tweak the ingredients. Excellent communicator: engage stakeholders, translate complex requirements, and document like a pro.
