Our client is a specialist inbound DMC focused on delivering high-end, tailor-made travel experiences across Southern Africa. They are expanding their Groups & Incentives division in Cape Town and are seeking experienced Intermediate and Senior Leisure Groups / Incentive Travel Consultants to join a growing team. About the Role This role involves the design, costing, and management of leisure group travel and incentive programmes from enquiry through to final delivery. You will work closely with international travel agents, wholesalers, and partners to deliver exceptional group travel experiences across Southern Africa. The role ranges from supporting group operations (Intermediate level) through to full end-to-end ownership of complex incentive programmes (Senior level). Key Responsibilities Design, cost and manage leisure group and incentive travel programmes Handle group itineraries from enquiry through to final delivery Work with international travel agents, tour operators, and wholesalers Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers (hotels, lodges, transport, venues, activities) Coordinate all logistics including detailed itineraries and documentation Manage amendments, changes, and operational challenges efficientlyDeliver high levels of service with strong attention to detail Ensure profitability and commercial awareness on all files Provide VIP handling and seamless group coordination where required What You Need to Bring Strong understanding of Southern Africa as a travel destination At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in leisure groups, incentive travel, inbound DMC operations, or high-end touring (essential) Experience working with international agents, wholesalers, or trade partners Ability to design, cost, and manage group itineraries Strong communication and client service skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience Required Intermediate Level 2–5 years’ experience in leisure groups, FIT with group exposure, or inbound DMC operations Strong coordination and costing ability Developing commercial and client management skills Senior Level 5–10+ years’ experience in leisure groups, incentive travel, or inbound DMC group operations Proven ability to manage complex, high-value group programmes end-to-end Strong supplier negotiation and client relationship management experience What’s on Offer Market-related salary aligned with experience and seniority Medical aid contribution Commission Performance-driven earning structure with uncapped potential Supportive and professional working environmentOpportunity to grow within a fast-expanding specialist DMC Exposure to international leisure group and incentive travel markets #J-18808-Ljbffr
