In addition, you will ensure alignment with internal processes, support efficient order fulfilment, and provide accurate sales reporting through effective use of CRM systems. Applicants should possess a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a sales management role and exposure to the FMCG retail industry. You should demonstrate strong leadership and team management ability, with proven sales and negotiation skills. The ability to analyse performance, build client relationships, and identify growth opportunities is essential. A valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle are required, with willingness to travel within the region.
