The skills we need: Strong Attention to Detail Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and within a team Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Workspace) Attributes required: Collaborative Creative Energy Hands on Have an opinion and voice it Strong communication skills Strong problem‑solving skills Key responsibilities: Assist in the development, updating, and maintenance of learning pathways across departments Assist in structuring development journeys for interns, graduates, and employees Capture, update, and maintain training and learner data Assist with learner records, attendance registers, and training documentation Support monthly Learning and Development reporting Assist with data analysis for dashboards, reports, and management submissions Compile training statistics, participation reports, and progress tracking Assist with compliance‑related documentation and reporting processes This is a 12-month contract position.
