Generic Objectives Design and produce art and copy layouts for material to be presented by visual communications media Prioritise, track, handle, and maintain records of the elements, costs, and time schedules of multiple projects Design, code, debug and correct programs to ensure business requirements are met, including new development and maintenance Analyse the effect of new functions on the existing system Compile test cases according to System Development Lifecycle methodology and conduct thorough inhouse testing per operational procedure Drive customer centricity by consulting with clients or supervisors to evaluate project needs Position Specific Outputs Design, code, debug and correct applications and systems to meet business requirements, including new and existing applications Analyse the impact of new functions and processes on existing software and automation, conducting end-to-end testing and peer reviews Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) according to RDLC methodology, PDD, and audit requirements, engaging with business for better understanding and service delivery Compile governance documentation such as Handover Documents, Deployment Packages, and UAT Close-Out Reports Maintain and develop knowledge in intelligent automation software and related technologies, providing training and peer review Qualification and Experience 3-5 years of experience in medical aid or insurance industry 3-5 years of experience as a business/process analyst or testing analyst At least 3 years' development experience with automation tools like RPA (Blue Prism, UI Path) Knowledge and Skills Understanding of SDLC methodology Knowledge of relevant legislation Attention to detail and accuracy System design and development skills Problem solving, decision-making, and communication skills Task management, data modeling, numerical ability, and customer focus Business writing skills The shortlisting process will begin after the application due date.
