Senior Sous Chef required for a renowned establishment based in East London Requirements Diploma in Professional Cookery (City and Guilds or similar) A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices. Experience in stock take, orders and stock management. Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs. Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to oversee kitchen when head chef is not present Must be willing to work weekends, public holidays and festive season.
