Rustenburg, Northwest, South Africa Roles And Responsibilities Provide first level support and troubleshooting of our financial systems HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and TaxPacc (Tax system) Month end assistance to users and System analyst. Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of financial applications. Serve as a liaison and facilitator between all business units and the Business Systems team in addressing and resolving financial reporting software issues. Assist with ad hoc duties as and when they arise. Work in conjunction with the Business Systems team by assisting with drafting business specification documentation to improve configuration of applications and operating procedures for financial services. To analyze, document and propose solutions for large and/or complex business areas. Providing on-the-job training to users of the Hyperion systems. Qualifications and Experience Grade 12. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar environment. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products. Background in Oracle and planning products will be highly advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to create logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.
