Overview We are seeking a tech-savvy, proactive administrator to support our landscaping business operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, initiative, and excellent communication to ensure smooth day-to-day management. Responsibilities Service Coordination Assist in picking up and managing landscaping service requests. Handle estimating and scheduling of jobs. Operational Oversight Monitor and oversee the manager's tasks, ensuring timely completion. Provide accountability and follow-up on outstanding items. Administrative Support Work with QuickBooks (QB) for invoicing, billing, and record-keeping (training provided if needed). Maintain accurate records of projects, schedules, and client communications. Communication Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal staff. Draft clear, professional correspondence and updates. Qualifications Tech Savvy : Comfortable with digital tools, scheduling software, and QuickBooks. Initiative : Ability to identify needs and act without constant supervision. Excellent Communication : Strong written and verbal skills. Organizational Strength : Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing.
