With continued international growth and expansion, they are seeking an experienced Export Planning Manager to join their South African operation and drive effective export planning, supply chain coordination, and inventory optimisation across multiple regions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Planning Manager located in Johannesburg. The Export Planning Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end supply and demand planning function for the national and international supply chain and will oversee and execute export processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, efficient logistics, and timely delivery of shipments. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing export strategies, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, maintaining accurate documentation, and analysing data to identify process improvements. The individual will work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end operations and lead efforts to resolve challenges in export activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ Years experience in logistics and warehousing, supply chain management and export planning 3 - 5 Years experience in Supply and Demand Planning will be advantageous Strong logistics and supply chain management expertise, including a deep understanding of export operations Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs processes, and compliance requirements Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management to ensure clear interaction with internal teams, suppliers, and clients Proficient in relevant tools and platforms, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite Problem-solving and analytical skills to assess logistical challenges and identify cost-effective solutions A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in an export planning or logistics management role is highly desirable Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities when necessary #J-18808-Ljbffr
