Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly management accounts for property portfolios Budgeting, forecasting & detailed variance analysis per building/portfolio Cash flow forecasting and CAPEX tracking Monitor rental income, recoveries, and operating costs Ensure IFRS and tax compliance within the property portfolio Oversee VAT, income tax, and statutory reporting Skills & Requirements: BCom in Accounting/Finance (Honours advantageous) 5+ years’ experience (property industry highly advantageous) Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills Ability to engage with executives and operational teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
