Role Overview The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is a high-activity, outbound-focused position responsible for generating new business opportunities across the EMEA region. The SDR plays a critical role in building pipeline by researching target accounts, engaging prospective customers, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team. Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and social outreach. Generate qualified prospective and customer meetings for Account Executives. Research and engage new key accounts within Tive’s ideal customer profile. Craft personalized, account-based messaging across phone, email, and social channels. Own and manage your pipeline as an abbreviated sales cycle. Continuously qualify or disqualify accounts based on fit and interest. Develop strong subject-matter expertise in Tive’s solutions and competitive positioning. Utilize tools including Salesforce (CRM), Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace. Requirements Experience in high-tech B2B marketing, inside sales, or sales development. Strong hunter mentality with a competitive and disciplined work ethic. High motivation and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience with multi-channel prospecting (cold calling, email, LinkedIn/social). Proven skills in lead management, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
