More at Role Overview The Enterprise Account Manager will grow new business and upsell existing renewals within accounts. Responsibilities include: Partner with the inside renewals team to help grow or upsell existing renewal and expand new business within accounts that have been shrinking. Use a consultative, lead sales approach to position security solutions and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Work with technical pre‑sales and PS teams to develop solutions and conduct workshops. Engage and present at multiple levels within an account, including board level. Develop account and opportunity plans to improve account strategy. Build relationships with channel and service partners to develop strategic agreements. Manage CRM tool and produce weekly accurate forecasting. Engage senior executives as required within assigned accounts. Qualifications Understand the security market and trends affecting businesses and use of IT/Security, particularly as enterprises migrate to the cloud and implement digital transformations. Experience working within a matrixed organization, given the unique split of the New/Renew function. Experience taking distressed accounts and rebuilding them into top producing customers with new business and renewal growth. Experience achieving pipeline goals and a track record of transforming stale accounts into exciting business opportunities.
