Detailed Job Description As a Data Center Power Solutions Architect, you will lead the design, configuration, and technical validation of end‑to‑end power systems—including UPS, power distribution, backup solutions, and energy optimization technologies. You will collaborate with project teams, customers, and engineering specialists to create compliant, high‑availability power architectures tailored to enterprise and carrier‑grade data centers. Your expertise will guide solution proposals, project execution, and pre‑sales engagements, ensuring alignment with Huawei’s Digital Power strategy in South Africa. Key Responsibilities Design and architect power solutions for data centers (UPS, power distribution, battery systems, rectifiers). Develop technical proposals, solution documentation, and site power layouts. Conduct power capacity planning, load assessments, and redundancy design (N, N+1, N+N). Collaborate with sales, project delivery, and engineering teams to define solution scope. Support customer engagements, presentations, and technical validations.
