Job Description Assist the Product Owners by driving agile methodologies and techniques. Remove any impediments. Support PI Planning and assist the team in identifying backlogs and dependencies. Ensure daily stand-ups are practiced. Work closely with the team and stakeholders. Encourage teams to achieve a healthy burn of user stories or features within each iteration. Minimum Requirements Matric. Relevant IT Degree or Diploma. 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile and DevOps environment.
