Requirements: Matric Valid Code 8 driver's licence Minimum 5 years' experience in a call centre, customer service, breakdown coordination, or service advisor role Experience within the transport, automotive, fleet support, or commercial vehicle industry Strong understanding of breakdown coordination, workshop operations, and aftersales processes Proven ability to handle high call volumes and work effectively under pressure Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and document management Own reliable transport Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays Additional language skills will be advantageous By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTCs clients and/or verification information suppliers.
