Job Description: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS for SMEs Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and process journal entries Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls Manage VAT and income tax submissions and liaise with authorities Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and support treasury functions Identify and implement process improvements within finance operations Skills & Experience: Minimum 35 years experience in a financial accounting role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (SAP, Sage, Oracle, or similar) High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Qualification: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field Professional qualification (CA(SA), ACCA, or CIMA) preferred or in progress
