Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring high accuracy, compliance with local tax laws, and timely processing. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, fostering a positive and compliant working environment. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment and selection process to secure top-tier clinical and administrative talent. Performance & Compliance: Oversee performance appraisal systems and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management (labor laws, health and safety regulations). Policy Development: Nurture a positive working environment and continuously refine internal HR policies and procedures. Requirements Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a highly related field. Experience: Proven working experience as an HR Manager, specifically within a corporate or healthcare environment. Technical Skills: Strong, hands-on experience managing and executing payroll systems is an absolute must-have for this role. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR/IR best practices. Attributes: Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills; competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
