Malander is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst & Accountant to join a dynamic finance team in a commercially focused environment. This opportunity is suited to a technically strong and analytically minded finance professional who can combine strategic financial insight with robust accounting and reporting expertise. Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business decision-making, maintaining financial integrity, and contributing to operational and commercial finance initiatives across the organisation. Key Responsibilties: Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes Perform detailed financial modelling and business performance analysis Manage general ledger reconciliations and ensure accounting accuracy and completeness Oversee month-end and year-end close processes Assist with audit preparation and compliance requirements Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial controls Identify operational efficiencies and cost‑saving opportunities Partner with operational teams to provide meaningful commercial finance insights Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and company policies Support strategic projects, finance transformation initiatives, system improvements, and process automation Prepare executive‑level reporting, presentations, and financial commentary Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5–8 years’ relevant finance and accounting experience Strong understanding of financial reporting and management accounting principles Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling capability Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines Preferred Experience: Experience within professional services, financial services, or multinational environments Exposure to finance transformation, automation, or AI-enabled finance processes Previous experience mentoring or managing junior finance team members This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who can balance technical accounting expertise with strategic financial analysis to support business growth, operational excellence, and informed decision‑making. #J-18808-Ljbffr
