About the job Services and Property Manager KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Accountable and responsible for managing the utilities (compressed air HP & LP, refrigeration, , raw material handling, electrical infrastructure, and plant air conditioning. Preparing and managing the utility services and engineering projects budgets Ensuring that all equipment is well maintained and optimally utilised. Driving cost reduction initiatives Designing and implementing maintenance systems in services Managing the central workshop KEY COMPETENCIES Minimum 4 years experience in Engineering or Utilities Manager or Utilities Controller Role BSc Engineering degree (Elect/Mech) or B Tech (Elect/Mech) with a GCC Factories 3 - 5 years Utilities and Engineering projects experience essential Intermediate to advanced Excel Good understanding of OHS Act PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS A sense of urgency Strong planning and execution skills (proven track record) Ability to communicate effectively at all levels (assertive and forthright) Hands on individual Actively seeks solutions to problem An ability to get results through a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
