Create well‑structured one‑page case studies from raw inputs. Edit, refine, and improve draft responses for clarity, tone, and consistency. Maintain a high standard of written material across our bid library. Turn technical or operational information into compelling, easy‑to‑read content. Supporting Responsibilities Bid & Framework Coordination Coordinate bid submissions, managing timelines, inputs, approvals, and version control. Track opportunities across frameworks, DPS, RFIs, and RFPs. Manage tender portals, deadlines, and document uploads. Maintain and improve the bid library (answers, policies, CVs, SoWs). Assurance & Compliance Support Support coordination of ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 9001). Maintain assurance evidence, supplier questionnaires, and credentials. Track insurance documentation and renewals. Ensure documentation is organised and audit‑ready. Provide annual leave cover within Operations when required. Social Value & CSR Write and maintain social value evidence for bids and frameworks. Support CSR reporting and community initiatives. Support Ops Manager in running company events. What We're Really Looking For Excellent written communication skills – writing is your strongest skill. Confidence writing in a clear, professional, structured style. Experience in an admin, coordination, or content‑focused role. High attention to detail and strong organisation. Comfortable working to deadlines and juggling multiple inputs. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Highly Desirable Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Business . Experience writing structured content (case studies, proposals, reports). Exposure to bids, tenders, or regulated environments. Interest in bid management, commercial operations, or governance. Personal Attributes Naturally methodical and process‑driven. Enjoys refining and improving written work. Confident working with senior stakeholders to extract information. Reliable, discreet, and trusted with sensitive information.
