Mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations Foreign tax credits, withholding taxes and double tax agreements. Opinion writing Ad hoc requests/ Special Assignments Execute special tax reviews or ad hoc tax projects. Assist in the performance of special reviews requested by management. Prepare clear and concise reports for ad hoc projects/assignments, and further present the reports to management. Execute/assist in completion of all tax work in accordance with quality standards.
