Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a business development strategy to achieve sales targets Identify and acquire new clients through networking and relationship building Promote and sell commercial finance products and tailored funding solutions Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships Ensure excellent customer service and client retention Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field Experience in the commercial finance industry (Essential) Proven track record in sales or meeting/exceeding targets Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Strong organisational and time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
