The environment is structured but fast-moving, where systems need to support strict financial deadlines, global users, and ever-changing business requirements.Responsibilities: Provide Level 3 support for Oracle E-Business Suite and financial ERP systems, resolving complex production issues Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions, not just quick fixes Support month-end financial close processes, ensuring systems perform under strict deadlines Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise system usage Monitor system performance, manage tickets, and coordinate across DBAs, developers, and business users Contribute to system improvements, upgrades, and enhancements aligned with SDLC practices Requirements: 57 years experience supporting financial systems / ERP platforms (Oracle EBS) Strong experience in production support, troubleshooting, and system optimisation Exposure to finance or accounting environments is highly advantageous Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials and ERP modules (GL, Procurement, Projects, etc.) Solid SQL skills with ability to query, analyse, and troubleshoot system issues Understanding of relational databases and enterprise system architecture Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability in high-pressure environments Apply now!
