Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and guidance to contractors, engineers, and clients on HVAC systems Assist with fault finding and troubleshooting across a wide range of equipment Support with system design queries and product selection Conduct site visits (when required) to assess technical issues and provide solutions Liaise with internal teams regarding product performance and improvements Assist with technical documentation, reports, and feedback Provide product training and technical support to clients and partners Ensure all technical advice aligns with industry standards and best practices Technical Requirements Strong working knowledge of:AHUs, VRVs, VRF systems Chillers, split units, package units, inverter systems Ventilation systems and ducting Basic electrical and electronic principles BMS (Building Management Systems) Experience & Qualifications Technical Diploma in HVAC, HPAC or similar Proven experience in HVAC (installation, maintenance, or technical support background) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Up-to-date with industry trends and technologies Computer literate Key Competencies Strong problem-solving ability Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to explain technical concepts clearly Organised and able to manage multiple technical queries Team player with the ability to work independently
