What You’ll Do At BCG Platinion we seek experienced, passionate and creative technology consultants & IT professionals to unlock our clients' digital potential and ignite change. As a Senior IT Consultant you will work in an international environment, closely with client leadership teams to understand key challenges, define IT strategies, win buy‑in for recommendations and collaborate with BCG case team members to transform client potential into performance on high‑impact assignments. You will deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms and architecture to leverage digital potential using cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices and containerization. You will manage quality and risk, coach client technology teams, maintain client expectations and escalations, and help guide junior team members, support project proposals, client care, relationship building and new business opportunities. You will contribute to Practice Area development and help build the BCG brand as a key team member. What You’ll Bring 4 to 8 years of experience in IT strategy, technology consulting, software engineering, or IT project management within complex and transformation‑driven environments. Prior experience in IT consulting, with exposure to client‑facing engagements and strategic technology initiatives. Strong technical expertise in Data and Cloud technologies, combined with solid experience in at least two of the following domains: IT Modernization, Solution Architecture & Enterprise Architecture Banking & Insurance Platforms Physical & Digital Channels, including Mobile Technologies ERP (SAP) & Manufacturing Platforms DevOps, Agile Delivery & Modern IT Operating Models Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think creatively and analytically to solve complex business and technology challenges. Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, with a strong customer focus, adaptability, and results‑oriented approach. Experience working across both legacy technology environments and modern technology ecosystems, including cloud‑native and Agile delivery approaches. Proven track record supporting Agile consulting engagements and contributing to large‑scale digital and Agile transformation programs. Experience in IT operating model design, organizational transformation, and process improvement initiatives. Ability to organize and facilitate workshops, lead peer‑level discussions, and confidently engage with client stakeholders. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex technical challenges into meaningful business outcomes and strategic recommendations. Comfortable working in fast‑paced and demanding environments, with flexibility and willingness to travel internationally based on project needs. Engineering degree or Master’s degree in a STEM‑related field, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Management with a strong academic background.
