We're seeking a motivated Junior Civil Construction Foreman to join our construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on construction experience who is ready to take the next step into a supervisory role. You'll work closely with our senior site management team while developing your leadership and project coordination skills. Key Responsibilities Assist in supervising daily construction activities and coordinating work crews on site Ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and progress Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to keep projects on schedule Help maintain site safety by enforcing safety protocols and conducting toolbox talks Track materials, equipment, and labor to support project budgets and timelines Report progress, issues, and concerns to senior management Assist with reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications Read and interpret civil engineering drawings, specifications, and site plans Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on construction experience (concrete, general construction) Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes Strong work ethic with excellent reliability and punctuality Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams Problem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feet Valid driver's license Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
