Responsibilities Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-performance standards are met. Collaborate with teams across installation, maintenance, and procurement to ensure smooth operational workflows. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals and industry standards. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines. Analyze operational data and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Lead, mentor, and manage team members to foster a motivated and results-driven workforce. Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive growth and service excellence. Requirements Education and Experience Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or electrical contracting industries. Proven track record of managing installation projects (residential, commercial, and agricultural). Technical Skills Strong understanding of solar PV systems and electrical installations. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar). Familiarity with inventory management systems and supply chain processes. Management Skills Experience in leading teams and managing personnel. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Financial acumen with experience in budget and cost management. Other Requirements Valid driver’s license and vehicle. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
