Seeking a Field Service Engineer (customer technical support) with strong maintenance, electrical engineering and plastics/packaging industry to join the team. About the Role To be considered for this position applicants must meet the following criteria: Responsibilities Liaising with customers to carry out maintenance on site and co-ordinate repairs, modifications, upgrades etc. with customers’ maintenance staff To draw up and maintain visitation roster which includes all customers Assist customers and staff in establishing and maintaining maintenance/ lubrication schedules Coach/train staff on all equipment and ensure that coaching is current Assist customers and staff to maintain proper stock and spares Be on 24-hour standby for emergencies Quality reports Maintain own stock levels Qualifications Be in possession of at least a N4 qualification or equivalent qualification in a mechanical field Have at least 2-3 years experience in Electrical (basics) At least 3-5 years experience in the Plastics Packaging Industry Supervisory experience or management position is advantageous Drivers License and being able to drive with a trailer #J-18808-Ljbffr
