This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to take full leadership of a high‑performing kitchen and deliver exceptional dining experiences within a refined hospitality environment. The position offers a salary of R50,000 per month and a live‑out arrangement. Responsibilities Oversee all kitchen operations and service delivery. Develop and maintain innovative menus aligned with the restaurant’s concept, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes. Manage stock control, ordering, supplier relationships, and kitchen budgeting to achieve cost efficiency and minimise waste. Maintain strict food hygiene, health, and safety standards and ensure smooth kitchen operations during service. Collaborate closely with management to enhance the overall guest dining experience and uphold the restaurant’s luxury positioning. Qualifications Proven experience as a Head Chef within a luxury restaurant or fine‑dining environment. Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
