Responsibilities:Drive the growth and performance of the national partner/counter network Identify, onboard, and manage strategic retail and agent partners Negotiate commercial agreements, SLAs, pricing structures, and performance terms Monitor operational performance, service quality, and customer experience across the network Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost-to-serve improvements Implement and manage SOPs, compliance standards, and operational controls Conduct partner performance reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Customer teams to optimize network performance Analyze operational and commercial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities Ensure effective cash handling, reconciliation, and risk management processes Support technology integration, reporting visibility, and operational efficiency initiative Requirements:Minimum 5 years experience within Road Freight, Logistics, Channel Management, Retail Operations, or Last-Mile Distribution Proven experience managing partner/vendor/channel networks Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills Experience managing operational performance, service delivery, and SLA adherence Strong understanding of logistics operations, customer experience, and network optimization Financial and commercial acumen with exposure to pricing, costing, and margin management Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting ability Exposure to POS systems, logistics technology, scanning systems, or operational integrations advantageous Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous Valid drivers license and own vehicle essential
