As part of your portfolio as Senior Manager: Enterprise Engineering you will be responsible to: Responsibilities Lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale platforms and integrations that power MTN Group Fintech’s core business operations. This role is accountable for building scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise systems that connect wallets, channels, ERP, and partner ecosystems—enabling rapid innovation, seamless customer experiences, and operational excellence across markets Shape the enterprise engineering vision and roadmap Drive secure-by-design and API-first enablement across products and services Orchestrate cross-functional squads, partners, and vendors to accelerate delivery Ensure enterprise platforms meet business agility, compliance, and resilience requirements Build a culture of engineering excellence, automation, and continuous improvement Qualifications Minimum of 4-year tertiary degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 8 - 12 years of progressive experience in enterprise/platform engineering Manager track record of 5 years or more Demonstrated success in managing distributed teams and complex system landscapes Strong understanding of platform economics and API monetization strategies Hands-on experience in managing, leading and implementing innovative insurance products and initiatives Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven and ability to motivate a fast-paced team Preferred edge MBA or Master’s degree Architecture and cloud Certifications: TOGAF, Azure /AWS/GCP Architect, or Mobile App Architect Security and Compliance Certifications: CISSP, PCI DSS Other Certifications: Oracle, Microsoft ERP, SAFe or PMP Important dates Closing date: 17 September 2025.
