We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to transition into an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant role within a well‑established and supportive team. This position is ideal for candidates with an OT background and approximately 4+ years of clinical experience, who are interested in expanding their career into occupational rehabilitation. The role focuses on supporting individuals through their recovery and return‑to‑work journey, using a client‑centred approach that prioritises health, wellbeing and sustainable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assisting individuals to recover from injury and safely return to work Managing a varied caseload across schemes such as Workers Compensation, CTP, Comcare, NDIS and WHS Conducting workplace, functional, vocational and ergonomic assessments Developing return‑to‑work plans and supporting clients throughout their rehabilitation journey Maintaining accurate case notes and reports to meet compliance requirements Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, insurers and healthcare professionals About You Qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration Approximately 4+ years of OT experience Interest in transitioning into occupational rehabilitation (experience in this area is highly regarded but not essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for helping people improve their quality of life and return to meaningful work Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle What’s on Offer The salary for this role is up to $85k‑$100k plus super, depending on experience.
