You will partner closely with the Finance Director and CFO to design and execute a forward-looking Shared Services strategy. Leading large, multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure operational excellence across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets, while embedding strong controls, enhancing service delivery, and aligning finance operations with broader business objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands‑on leadership. You will oversee IFRS compliance, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement through systems, processes, and analytics. What You’ll Do Co-create and implement the Shared Services finance strategy aligned to business goals Lead and optimise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets functions Define and manage SLAs and KPIs with internal stakeholders Ensure IFRS compliance and integrity of financial reporting Oversee month‑end close, reconciliations, and statutory reporting processes Drive improvements in financial controls, systems, and processes Lead ERP‑related initiatives and ensure alignment with finance objectives Manage creditor and debtor functions, including credit risk and collections Strengthen stakeholder engagement through performance reporting and service delivery Lead audit processes and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements What You Bring CA(SA) qualification is essential Minimum 10 years’ experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role Proven experience managing large finance teams in a shared services environment Strong IFRS and financial reporting expertise SAP experience is advantageous Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills What Success Looks Like A high-performing shared services function delivering consistent, high-quality outputs Strong financial controls and compliance across all finance operations Improved efficiency, service levels, and stakeholder satisfaction Clear alignment between finance operations and strategic business objectives A motivated, capable team with strong succession pipelines and leadership depth #J-18808-Ljbffr
