Lexdan Select is assisting a Financial Services company based in Sandton with their search for a Senior Legal Advisor. The salary on offer is between R600k - R800k p.a. The role requires: minimum 5 years post articles experience experience drafting pleadings in commercial litigation processes some experience in competition law, especially around unfair competition practices The main functions of the role are: Drafting of commercial contracts. Review and vet all legal agreements received from third parties, service providers, and clients. Provide ongoing and ad hoc legal advice on competition law and a wide range of other legal matters.
