Logistics Coordinator Johannesburg / Broodsnyersplaas, South Africa OR Mapou, Mauritius (Hybrid) Were looking for a detail‑driven Logistics Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end movement of magnetite from mine‑gate to international destinations. This role is central to keeping our global supply chain running smoothly from mines and ports to shipping lines and customers. What youll do Coordinate mine production, dispatches, and transport (road/rail). Manage export documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding. Oversee international shipping schedules, vessel operations, and rate negotiations. Liaise with labs for quality checks and Certificates of Analysis. Provide logistics cost data and support finance/treasury processes. What were looking for 5+ years in logistics, freight, or supply chain coordination. Strong knowledge of South African export logistics (Durban/Richards Bay). Experience in bulk commodities (mining, agriculture, chemicals). Familiarity with Incoterms, ocean freight, and export documentation . ERP (Sage), Excel, and compliance knowledge (SARS, ITAC). Grade 12 essential; Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain an advantage. Professional certifications (FIATA, CIPS, SAPICS) are beneficial. A detailed JD will be shared with suitable candidates.
