Key Responsibilities: Handle the full export process from booking to final delivery. Prepare and verify export documentation (Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, Certificates of Origin, Customs declarations, etc.). Liaise with clients, shipping lines, airlines, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Track shipments and provide clients with accurate status updates. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms, and international trade procedures. Capture and maintain accurate records in logistics systems and CRM platforms. Negotiate rates with carriers and manage cost control. Resolve operational issues, delays, or documentation discrepancies quickly. Build and manage strong client relationships, providing proactive communication and solutions. Minimum Requirements: 35 years experience in exports/logistics, with exposure to sea freight. Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance, and international trade regulations. Proficiency in logistics systems (CargoWise, Pegasus, Shipshape or similar) and MS Office. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
