Cape Town IT and software Start: ASAP About the job Equitesiss eagerly seeking to appoint a Digital Transformation Lead on a three-year fixed‑term contract to establish and drive a focused capability in process optimisation, systems enhancement, and the responsible application of generative AI across the business. This is across‑functional role reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This is a newly established role intended to build and embed a structured, technology‑enabled approach to improving how the business operates. The role is focused on delivering practical, measurable improvements in efficiency, data integrity, and re‑imagine workflows through the business. This is a hands‑on design, implementation, and delivery role, rather than an IT support function. The incumbent will be supported by an outsourced IT desktop‑support team for end‑user and infrastructure requirements, enabling a clear focus on business‑process transformation and the responsible application of AI. Working closely with the CFO and senior leadership, the incumbent will support the evolution of a more efficient operating model over a three‑year horizon.
