Required Experience Grade 12 / SQA Accredited Equivalent Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field Technical Strong coding background (full-stack): C#, .NET, React, or similar modern languages Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, and modern DevOps pipelines Proven experience in system design and architecture Experience with system integration and API-driven architectures, including event-driven design, microservices, and modern API standards (REST, webhooks, OAuth). Hands-on knowledge and work experience with Azure services OR equivalent cloud Strong understanding of data modelling, workflow design, and integration patterns Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, AI-assisted development, or automation tooling (Advantageous) Solution & Product Experience in solutioning and problem-solving, with the ability to translate requirements into clear architecture and system designs. Proven track record in building internal platforms/applications engineering, technical product ownership, or solution consulting Worked in a lean environment comfortable working across the SDLC. Experience building operational workflows, process automation, or transactional systems (Advantageous) Domain Demonstrated experience in the financial services or fintech sector, preferably within SME lending, B2B finance, or related areas
