Front of House Manager Busy daytime Restaurant based in Rosebank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to join their team. Responsibilities Supervise waiters Give excellent customer services Manage bookings Plan and run shifts Train junior staff members Greet guests at assigned tables and ensure each guest is satisfied Know all menu items, ingredients and preparation methods Take accurate food and drinks orders using the POS system and deliver within the specified time limits Ensure that all orders are received timeously Bill the guest correctly Maintain a clean and hygienic restaurant area, fixtures and fittings Perform all other general floor manager duties Requirements Grade 12 Preferably 3 years of previous experience Excellent communication and highly organized Welcoming and personable with clients Background in hospitality and food service, with a passion for quality food Healthy, energetic, available to work weekends and early starts (no evenings) Outgoing personality Well groomed – neat and tidy Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills Attentive and patient with customers Supervisory experience Eye for detail and meticulousness #J-18808-Ljbffr
