Job Summary We are hiring a highly proactive and strategic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients. This is a client‑facing role focused on driving campaign performance, optimizing outbound strategies, and building long‑term partnerships. You will act as the bridge between clients and campaign execution—owning results, improving performance, and ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality leads. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for 30‑40 B2B clients Build strong, long‑term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and performance Lead regular client check‑ins to review results, gather feedback, and align on strategy Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business model, ICP, and lead generation goals Design and execute outbound cold email campaigns aligned with client objectives Write compelling, high‑converting cold email copy Segment target audiences to maximize campaign relevance and performance Monitor deliverability, inboxing, and campaign health Apply best practices to minimize bounce rates and avoid spam filters Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities Continuously improve campaigns through A/B testing and iteration Refresh messaging to prevent audience fatigue Proactively identify and resolve issues before escalation Drive client satisfaction, retention, and referrals Represent the company with professionalism and commercial awareness Requirements Proven experience in lead generation Proven experience in outbound sales Hands‑on experience with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, or cold calling Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead generation strategies Experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously Excellent communication and client management skills Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with CST timezone Technical Tools Experience (Preferred) Airtable Smartlead Instantly Apollo Clay Nice to Have Experience working in a B2B lead generation agency Background in managing high‑volume client portfolios Advanced knowledge of email deliverability and outbound infrastructure Benefits Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams
