They are seeking the services of an exceptional, results-driven Key Accounts Manager who thrives in a high-performance environment and excels under pressure. REQUIREMENTS Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred). Proven track record in Account Management or B2B sales. Experience in Customer Relations Management. Experience in contract negotiation. Excellent computer literacy. (MS Office and reporting systems) Excellent communication skills. Thriving growth and excellence in every interaction. Valid driver’s license. Marketing- oriented with a strong commercial mindset Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Target-driven, with a focus on sales and service excellence Strong relationship-building skills Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and grow key client accounts Develop strategic account plans and growth initiatives Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service excellence Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities Monitor sales performance and report on KPIs Coordinate effectively with internal operations and finance teams A market-related remuneration package, including a Pension Fund contribution, is offered.
